Grey rep ?

I have gotten some green reps and some red reps... That's how the reps are... But what are the grey reps ?

Can't seem to find any explanation anywhere...

Hmmm I'm pretty sure that alot of the people that I have gotten rep for are not online... Yet it's only the last 2 reps which are shown as grey

I think they don't have enough rep themselves to let it count or something... I wonder if those are actually neg reps though because I got some green ones from people with very few posts and they just showed up green.

PS also run a search I think there was a topic on this before..

Grey/purple rep is from any1 without enough posts and rep themselves. It can be pos or neg, but does not actually affect your rep. Atm, I have 5 out of 10 grey reps!
