"Hacked" Hangar?

And most people know someone with an internet enabled computer, so you'd think he'd maybe check his e-mails...

Does no-one have his RL address, or House/Mobile number? That's Cell Phone btw ;)

I think the latter is the only way he can be contacted right now with success.
 
Internet cafe would have been the first place I would have gone.

Can MA confirm that someone hacked his account and would they if the GC had been compromised?

I don't think they would want us to know that.
 
Since no one else seems to have mentioned this thought I should. I was on game way too late last night, but saw TM (or his account anyway) log in for just a few minutes. I was in two chats at the time and didn't react fast enough to try sending him a pm before he logged off again. One of the folks I was chatting with mentioned they had just seen him come on and then go off again in a few minutes as well. Very weird. Since TM is in east coast US the time would have been around 9ish his time. If MA knows what is going on with this hopefully accounts have been locked, so who the heck was signing in :confused:
 
I know that everyone is concerned about TM and his account ... but really, there's nothing more anyone can do until we hear from him directly.

If he has been hacked, then odds are that the account is cleared out of anything worthwhile, so locking it at this point wouldn't help. If he has sold out, then hopefully TM will let us know soon.

I, too, will keep an eye out for him logging in, though I haven't noticed him online since all this started.

Whatever the situation, it is unfortunate that it has turned out this way. :/ If anyone has contact with him outside of this forum, please encourage him to provide us with an update so that the speculation can come to an end.

This is getting too strange... Does anyone know how to contact him IRL, phone number, house adress ect...?

I'm not asking for it lol, but someone should really try to contact him, although im sure the ones that could, already have,
 
So has toolman been contacted yet. i went over to the hangar today and noticed that it was still being blocked. where is he? :confused:
 
I've been in touch with Til. There has not been a scam. Jena's items have not been sold and will be returned to her.

Jena, if you see this before I see you ingame, please PM me.

The issue seems to be resolved and hopefully I will be able to provide a more detailed explaination in the near future.

I know I am sounding a little vague however I don't have all the information yet and I don't wish to misrepresent the situation.

Phew... I'm soo glad to hear that. :)

Maybe Tool just had enough of the problems with the hangar mafia?

Hey guys i dont know if you know but me Til are really good friends and i miss that he quite playing, we all know he wasnt hacked but just wanan give a quick heads up ill be messing with his hanger for a little bit and be signing on to his avater so Dont be almarm with Hanger 10 is owned by Jusitn Gamer Espozito for a awhile i didnt wanan like get accused og hackin him on anything like this,, Thanks aloy guys
 
Although i have no reason to doubt the words of archangle1 or ProjectEspozito, I do find it strange that the "it's ok" messages come from 2 reasonable new members on the forum. Am I the only one putting questionmarks up?

No personal attack, but how am I, a nobody first class, able to know that all is actually right?

I hope people understand this point of view without me kicking against to many shins(guards)....

Before you ask... Yes, I see conspiracies everywhere.... Ask soc mates or people in real life. :D
 
After 8 pages of this thread I still have no clue whats going on.

I do however agree that people nobody knows coming along and saying 'all is ok.. don't worry.. I cant explain more, sorry...' doesn't really mean much.

they may be new to the forum (or maybe not even that! just might not post a rite lot :p), but they're prolly not new to the game. how often do you see post made by Auktuma on here? :D

If he's such a good friend and he wasn't hacked why don't you ask him to clear up this thread by replying by himself, 9 pages of people worrying and no message from the man himself ? this is getting a bit rediculous IMO

Hes done with the game he wents nothing more to do with it He has moved on... Hes tired of drama like this why would he come back to add more to his UE experience?? No matter how good friends you are with Til in real life, you have to see it from our perspective.

Can he not just log onto EF and make 1 post?

No offence, but i'll believe it when it comes from the horses mouth. Like i said, see it from our point of view, i make judgements based on facts, so coming from Til will put me at ease, and many others too...

you go from not knowing what the correct price for Animal hides are....to suddenly gaining 600ped and not know what to do with it...to needing to know how to suddenly withdraw $10k usd from the game...?

oh, and forgot, you are now a close personal friend to Toolman and know all about his situation...

if it walks like a duck, smell like a duck, and quacks like a duck....

I think a few real friends of Toolmans may want to send in a precautionary support case (or two) with the above info. :wise:

(maybe MB might want to send one as well, since he has a lil more info on IP origins)

This all sounds a bit too fishy ... I hope someone (preferably toolman himself) can prove me wrong.

ProjectEspozito's other posts show that he has no idea how things work in the game, yet he has made a post on how to withdraw 10000's of dollars.

Espozito, if you're such a good friend, ask for his forum login and post something under his name (better yet, ask him to post something himself).

Also MB could check IP's to see if they're from the same region.

I can understand why Toolman would be fed up with EU... I never thought he'd quit though :(

Anyway... No matter how tired Tool is of the 'drama' here, he also has some good friends who are really worried.
These good friends are the people you are currently arguing with... Not the ones that made Tool want to quit, if that's what really what happened.

I wish he'd come back :(
Or at least write a "I'm alive and well" post... Or send me an email. Or something.
 
Hi Guys

I fully understand you being suspicious about this whole situation and it doesnt help that I am the only person who has actually seen his email.

That being the case I have posted it in a private section of our socs forum as i am loath to publish it globaly with out discussing it with the rest of the soc. But I can say that the style of the email wes very much Til's and at this point I believe it to be authentic. We have also had contact with gamer and it is OCZ's view that he too is authentic.

I also understand that people would be suspicious that I am an irregular poster on this forum. I have only really posted on the old ocz forum and rarely posted here though I do read it often.

No one wishes more than me for Til to come on and clear things up but from the tone of his email it was very hard for him to even send an email let alone say goodby to everyone individualy. He cares so much for so many in this game, saying goodbye seems to be too hard for him at the moment. It is my hope that he will be able to soon. He did say that if he spoke to some people he would be convinced to stay and I guess he didnt want to weaken on the issue.

There are many archangels in game and if any of you wish to talk to me about it I am willing to tell you what I can, I am Lynx archangel Fellonius. It is unlikely that I will be able to clear things up to much but I will do what I can.

What Vedder said about the hanger mafia is in my view true. I hope these pec pinching pricks are happy that they have caused the loss of such a good friend to so many of us. I Might just get myself a hanger soon so I can run at cost for a few months.

I will leave it at that I guess and will respond after I have conferred with the rest of the soc.

Well I am sorry you took it that personal and for any offence you have taking im sorry as well, but there are many scams going on using known ppl as referer, and I for one am very carefull with just accepting someones words, specially in a virtual world.. And I am also sorry you cant see it from my perspective and understand. I understand from your post that you dont understand my view.

Btw, I am not putting you on a spot, not from my view, I just put up a question mark about your and archangles reaction, and I think a question that most people will understand. As I said nothing personal was ment, but anyone can claim anything.. You should be able to understand that point of view.. Seems i've read several scams lately where people were reasonably new and told ppl that were good friends of known members.

After I did the thread started to liven up again, so I must of triggered something. ;)

and Hi Justin, I'm Vincent ;) I hope you understand and can be understanding towards my doubts and see its not personal but ment in best interest of the person this topic is about.

And again, I didnt mean any offence to anyone doing something right or being honest. But then again anyone honest and doing the right thing could understand my questions I believe. I do not want to spread hate towards the 2 ppl that i talked about nor give them a bad reputation.

Last, I'll hafta agree with LostInEntropia. This thread has been running for a while, many ppl have questioned the situation. But not one response from himself.

I hope Til didnt leave because of that hanger stuff. Atleast now he would know who his true friends in game would be and who arent. And it didnt kill him, so he must be stronger now ;)

ps. without saying much more id like to say this: It's still all just words.. An email pasted here could of been written by anyone etc. There is neva 100% guarantee that what people say it true. With all these scammers you can't be to safe.. But thanks for understanding why I posted that post with my doubts..
 
Who ever think a i am a fake go ahead and get up with his old Soc Like benngium or mengoth they know i am not fake but i hope when all this goes down and you guys re;ize i am not liring i hope you do feel sotra bad i really felling bad thats you guys think this on me well that okay i hope you know the truth soon
