Sorg's Beauty Salon is now decorated for Halloween!

I added a screenie of a tiny little ghost, scarrying poor children in TI city Silver Building 3E since years.
It shows that you still can get a different look for halloween, with a white skin color/hair color and some red eyes for instance.

Btw, am i the only one seeing the picture with lot of pixel and low quality? It was looking ok when on windows, but i see it bad quality now that it's uploaded .

Tried to upload some new but it always goes the same.
