Buying: High QR bps

Looking for high qr of the following prints.
Basic bearings
Basic screws
Metal ruds

Not sure about Metal Ruds BP, but at least Basic Bearings and Basic Screws BP are non SIB so outcome of using these is the same for qr1 and qr100, so no reason to buy high qr.

Bearings and screws are NON SIB.
Ruds are SIB.
Its only the same outcome if you have skills for it, which a lot of old players take for granted. (See Alukat123`s guide for detailed explanation).
Open BP info (or crafting terminal if you have any of those BPs/same level and profession SIB/NON SIB respectively) and hover over "success rate".
Maxed NON SIB is 90%
Maxed SIB is 95%
