Help: How do iget my neopsion out

I want to take out my Neo-Psion, but i dont know how to do that. I bought the payn-inc inserter out of the TT, but i can only equip it and then i cannot seem to use it.
How do i get it out?

May I ask why you wanted it out? If it is to repair it, that can be done with it still in.

Also, you might describe how you took it out for the next person who searches the topic

You equip the implanter with no attachment, then activate the tool.
