Thats useful anyway cheers. The error on your handgun HA comes out as roughly the same as the error on your rifle HA, so the 40% rifle looks good, just got to figure out how to get you down from 9.24 to <9.15 Maybe I'll chip ya while you're not looking lol

One thing I have considered is that the experience in between levels may count as well so everyone's numbers are a little low (ie. stormers handgun could be 3882.7 rather than 3882) but thats not going to make too much of a difference.
