How to figure correct tier components for future tiers

Had a question pop up and thought be good to explain it here too.

Lets say you want to know how many t5 comps your gun will need......at t1 and nothing is listed on wiki

Very easy to figure.

ill use my chip as example:

Take your lyst cost for t1, in my case its 10303

Go to wiki and pick either mod merc or imk2 (imk2 has all thru t10 on wiki, mod merc is up to t7 thought was to t10 works all the same)


Take thier t1 lyst (mod merc has 9222)

divide your cost by the mod merc cost
10303/9222 = 1.117219692

1.117219692 is the modifier for your weapon vs mod merc.

Now go thru the listed comps for each tier on the mod merc and multiply by 1.117 or whatever your mod is....

You now have accurate tier component info far in advance for any gun.

and that's it.

There is also a fixed % of tier material increase tier by tier on the same item
I was trying to collect some coefficients some time ago, no enthusiasm from community
 
The progression TT-wise is easy to obtain:

T2/T1=2
T3/T2=1.5
T4/T3=1.33
T5/T4=1.25
T6/T5=1.2
T7/T6=1.17
T8/T7=1.14
T9/T8=1.12
T10/T9=1.11

It's valid for all weapons.
