Help: How to improve Upload on Utorrent?

How can I improve the my upload speed for a specific file I am seeding?

I can upload upto 9mb sec but the entropia file isnt going higher then 200 kbsec..

all other uploads shut off but still not going higher, how do i change this?
 
Increase amound of uploadslots per file
set the max bandwidth to ~9000
increase max number of peers per torrent and totaly

also make sure your connectable, in utorrent green lil blob in the lower middle part of the utorrent window, if it's not green

portforward.com (i think)

Keep in mind that utorrent is displaying bytes/sec, not bits/second, so multiply that number by 8 to get bits (1.8 mb/sec in this case).

Im reaching high speeds overall just not with the entropia file.

in that case i got no idea heh

i'm running quite low on seeding speed now aswell. might be due to that more ppl has the file and are seeding i guess.
 
Mine is being Seeded at 25kb/s or there abouts

I think it also has to do with where in the seed spawn you sit. those that want it and where they are in the world.

Could also be the settings but also could be that your PC is doing other stuff in the background as well. Auto updates etc for Anti Virus, Firewall etc.

But then it could be the old dynamic of EU/FPC as well :)
 
why would u ever wanna upload with torrent ???? just leech :rolleyes:

or otherwise dont use a nub prog like utorrent if the upload is fixed for download duh...........

I think Cyco wants to upload to allow others to get the file.

thx to ALTs i don't have to argue about that

ontopic:
guess the ppl downloading now are the ones that don't have high bandwith and lots of ppl seeding
