Question: Hypersense Spectcles

I saw an item today called Hypersense spectacles. According to the description, it protects the eyes and gives better vision. Does it actually make any difference? Which?

It's an armor part outside of sets, so yes - it does protect.

Not sure about 'better vision' part - haven't owned them myself.

As I recall was meant for a NI mission that, afaik, never got implemented ... cool item nevertheless.

Funny how MU is higher for F version, meaning that people see it rather as a fashion item than an armor part Gladly, it is both.

There is a problem with them. You cannot attach plates to

Like 2 weeks Before the VU where they were supposed to be given special meaning, all NI staff got sacked by the planet owner (and NI entered a limbo state).

Since then no official news about NI (except NI homepage now recommending people interested in that planet to register for calypso and then travel over to NI).
