Time is time regardless where you are. If you spend 15 minutes doing something it took 15 minutes.

Thing with programmed timers is they aren't often based on a comparison of global time change but instead just tracking a count of clock cycles in milliseconds. The result is often a "close enough" number which can have fluctuations due to a number of factors.

I gotcha and understand.... and I'm doing it again, after rebooting....it's me. I should now better, esp being a IT tech xD
