Problem: (el tracker installation) "Unable to install. Application requires WindowsBase Version 3.0.0.0 installed in Global Assembly Cache (GAC) first.
It's been a while since ran tracker and now it won't install. Am running Win 7. Tried to delete \apps\2.0\ folder as per el help section and could not find it.
Searched high and low for a place to download and reinstall base version 3 to no avail. Is my only option to upgrade to Win 10?
