You know, how they always say how alcohol can make you miss when you try to throw and catch a pencil, and how it can make you take longer time to focus than if you were sober...
When I was getting my driver's license 5 years ago, I I was always skeptical about that line in the manual: "Even one full glass of wine will influence your reaction speed, and, according to research, slows down your reflexes".
Today I decided to have fun.
Here are a few tests I made with my trigger-happy self.

Data is presented in the most easy to understand order, but was not collected necessarily in that chronological sequence.

Measured in standard beer bottles.

Remember: Drink Responsibly!

I will add some personal experience to this at about the 6 or 7 beer your ammo comsumtion really takes a nose dive and not do to drinking yourself sober that doesn't happen until u run out of beer consume all the wifes wine and crack open that 2 year old 40oz. of black rum u have been "storing" in the back of the cupboard :beerchug: AAAhhhhh were was I oh yeah the nose dive in ammo burn that usually happens when verbal diariaha and inability to concentrate on one thing for more then 1 min set in u just stop shooting and forget that u were supposed to be :D

Hmm. Well, I'm usually rather quiet when drunk, dreamy, not chatty.
And focus rather well, just very slowly. When I'm drunk I am less likely to get distracted from something - I'd rather fall asleep doing that one thing.

A concern here is that most of the data collected, has been done under the influence of alcohol, which does tend to make us exagerate.

1. Have you analysed the data whilst sober?

2. Was the data witnessed by an independant authority, prefferably sober?

3. Was the beer of low or high alcohol content?

4. Did you forget about any chasers you may have had?

5. Are you sure you were actually playing PE at the critical point?

Do you intend to carry out more of these tests as I do feel it important that a mean of the results over a few weekends is taken. Good luck with your research.

Well... There ARE worse things than American beers... Australian beer, for instance...

Australian beer is like having sex in a canoe... It's effin close to water ;)

-VF-, who used to live in beer heaven (right between Belgium and Germany, where the local beers are so much better than the regular Dutch beers).
