What's the ip addresses for the various radio stations, and/or more importantly, why haven't you listed em on shoutcast yet? 
(darn sound card driver on computer's been screwed up for over 2 years, and might try listening in on roku - Also, have you considered actually creating a channel on roku for this stuff for each station/substation? Might be one way to help promote eu indirectly now that roku is mainstream and is in best buys and walmarts everywhere.).
