Hi, lately i dont play much at entropia so i dont know if this was a change made on some VU and it is normal now 
...
So i was browsing the auction today and found a EWE LC- Scout (L) almost full TT (182.65 / 182.70) - Pic1
The strange thing to me is that the weapon is Tier 5

How can this be possible? The weapon Has low tier rates too- Pic3, so how can it be tier 5 only by spending 0.50 pec of the weapon TT ( if was looted/ crafted? Full TT).
The only two explanations i see was some passed VU i missed and is now possible to craft/loot items with more than 0 tier, or some bug that made possible to repair that (L) weapon after tier 5 was reached.
What do you think? (sorry if this is normal and is there is nothing to see here).
