I deposited. But i also used same tactic to buy keys a few days beforehand.
The saved card doesnt give me the option to send an SMS to my phone to verify the payment. but adding a "new" card does. Might have something to do with this.

how did you add a card? only way I could tell was to deposit, so i tried that and it failed.
