And I did it I dont even have too say in what mood I left cnd - numbers say it all 62% return - I dont know is it normal, bad, or very bad for cnd - maybe someone with more cnd experience can tell me that. I expected the loss so wont be whining in here, but I must just say that I'm disappointed about 1 thing - that I didnt have even 1 decent hof. I got 190 ped iron hof, but I'd rather call it big global than a decent hit. In my whole EU life I dropped just around 4k bombs on cnd and they gave me only 2 hofs - 190 ped iron today and 63 ped oil rofl very long time ago - I'd call it a pathetic result

Well, I'm back in red and I wonder what should I do now. My general result is just a small loss, but in the meantime I've spent some cash here and there, bought new finder for 480 ped, lend some cash to a friend, so my ped card looks somewhat poor now. Next few hours I'll decide what to do. Here are the options I see now:

1. Continue mining as I was from the beggining and get screwed more

2. Go back to pvp4 and try to win on markup.

3. Continue mining ores, but reduce amp to oa102 and dont use enhancers

4. Switch to enmats and try to get solis hof

5. Pay more attention to trading in Twins (I wasnt there for more than 2 months) and continue mining, but with oa102.

What will I chose - next hours and friendly advices will show. One thing certain - I wont give up and I will do whatever I can to find my first tower!

The problem is it wasnt going well on Calypso - 5 out of 6 last run brought losses - even with globals I was still losing. I thought that bad period must end very soon, so maybe luck will cath me up on cnd and will give me an uber or so

Seems to me you did your CND run on a dryer period so that was just something you could have not changed.

As for how to continue, I would suggest either OA103 mining if PED card allows OR just plain unamped mining. Hof's can come unamped too

Sorry guys that I havent posted any runs recently, but I am pretty busy irl now. If I have some time, I prefer to spend it bombing, than posting results, but all runs are tracked, and eventually all will be posted in here. Today I just finished run 32, but for now, here come the results of my 25th trip:

What can I say about this run? Well, it was done in the eveneing preceeding blaus ATH - that should explain everything It clearly shows how MA managed to screw the loot distribution system when big one is about to drop... Findings were just pathetic... Not only hit rate sucked, but also the sizes were so small, that I checked several times if I had attached the amp or forgot to do that

This run I did both ores & enmats and enmats saved my ass from a worse result. I tried to find solis, but this time I had no luck with it. The only global was on enmats, but even with it my return is under 60%...

And now for the funny part - when my MA105 was burned I was pissed and loged off. Next morning I had 15 bombs left and started to drop them from the same spot that I loged off at night. Last 15 bombs gave me more stuff tt-wise than previous 97 Isnt it a proof that LOOT DISTRIBUTION BEFORE BIG TOWERS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP? In fact when I have so many nrfs and so small findings I should just go to cnd, cause there's much better chance to be "the man of the day" up there

So, finally I'm posting the run for which I got all the above gratz Thx guys - really nice to see positive feedback. Knowing that some of you just read for fun and others try to learn something both from my wins and failures keeps me going in hard times.

This run also doesnt need much comment - Massive gazz made my day Best thing is that I've found it in the beggining of my run, so later on I just didnt cared about all the nrfs on second amp. First amp was realy great - apart from hof I also had a duru global and damn nice hit rate.

Too bad that I cant make this post a bit more optimistic - I just know the results of few next runs and they are very far from beeing decent Additionally I had a moronic idea to risk some cash in crafting...Why moronic? Because crafting is for... crafters And I'm not one of them with my shitty skills for sure, so few days ago almost in no time I lost all the profit fom this run and even more than that... At least I know that this wont happen again - I sold/gave away all my bps with some qr on them. Didnt had many, but there were still too tempting to click once a while

After run with a massive gazz I expected a really bad run, but it turned our that it was a decent one. Started in Solfais, but I couldnt find almost any zand (got just VI claim of it). Other ores also we not droping that good so I had a feeling it's time to change location. I went to TI, but instead of getting better, it only got worse

Pretty often it happens to me to leave 15-20 bombs for next morning when loot is pretty sucky and I did it during this run as well. Next morning EU gave me a warm welcome - I continued from the spot I log out last night and first bomb gave me a decent global. This one really helped to turn pretty poor run into a decent one - just 22 ped loss in the end is not bad

Pretty boring run - I switched location quite a few times, but nothing helped. Belk and niks mu went up, so I thought that they are a good choice to look for uber hof, but apparently I was wrong It's very hard to break even without a global, especially when you mine area with no rare ores with high mu, so I finished with loss. Well, this was really sad run... 6 oa104 burned and my biggest hit was just X 63.55% return including markup - that speaks for itself...

When mining was bad I decided to try some crafting after doing 3 amps. I'm sure that what Ace wrote in his log about crafting loss influencing better mining returns affected my decission. But what worked for Ace, was a pain in the ass for me I thought: "Man, with 63% mining return what do you have to lose??? It cant be much worse, so your luck can only improve." Life showed how far I was from the truth Instead of boosting my "personal mining loot pool", it stayed the same, but I've lost really too much for my budget in craft... My returns were around 40%, so in 1 hour I lost 1200 ped or even a bit more (wasnt in mood to calc the exact value...).

One good thing happened to me this day - I decided to sell all my bps so they wont tempt me again I didnt had many bp's and especially I didnt had any good ones, but even my noob crafter bp collection tempted me too much - on auction they were sold very cheap, but I dont care. This will prevent any future crafting losses, so I'm cool with it.

Time to get over the loss and work on improving my results

The run started with a global, so I was very optimistic and thought that finally I'll get some profit - I was wrong again If MA likes to suprise ppl that much and proove they're wrong, then on the next run I'll expect loss

Despite 2 globals and a great hit rate (over 30%) I ended the run with a small loss. On the one hand I'm a bit disappointed about it, but on the other such losses are acceptable (especially after big loss last run), so I wont complain.

Not much to comment on a lost runs - preparing for the next one and waiting patiently for my first tower to come

Here we go again... I started at Oyster, but it was just terrible, so I switched to Shinook in the middle of first amp. A lot of nrfs and shitty claim sizes made me a bit depressed, so it was just a short run. Close to the end of the second amp a friend called me, cause he had some ores to sell, so I just jumped to the tp and stayed there. Most probably that saved my ass from a bigger loss.

After 5 "red" runs finally I see some profit. I was looking for zanderium, but this time found just 1 claim of this green beauty. MA decided to make it up for me with a good hit rate (almost 30%) and 2 nice globals.

As you can see from hit pattern, the second global I found while rebombing size V claim - it poped up just 3-4m away from it I rebombed almost every claim this run and my hit rate remained high - this run clearly shows that even a lot of nrfs while rebombing cant screw the hit rate and final return. In run 34 I'll give you another proof, why it's worth to rebomb even pathetic claims

Weird run - low hit rate screwed it a bit. 20 on 35 hits were size V/VI, so without something bigger I just couldnt profit this day. Both globals I managed to get were very small, so they didnt helped much. When I was tired of Ti, i switched to Shinook, but I guess it just wasnt my day, cause my hit rate was just a bit better there.

Time to move on to next run (and I know it'll be a damn good one )

Almost 3 months I was waiting for uber and finally I got it To be honest, I havent found any uber hofs since I switched to oa103/104 from oa102, so it took me some time to get it. Most funny is, that it's a Bling-style-uber. For those that dont know what I mean a short explanation: a dear friend of mine, James Bling Cash always told me to rebomb even the most shitty claim I find, cause a tower can hide behind any claim. Following his advise I'm rebombing even claims size V (this time it was equivalent of II unamped) and it occured that Bling was right He got many nice hofs this way and I think I'll also find some following his advise. Hurray for uber and hurray for Bling

But even without XXI gazz this run was great. You can see in hit pattern that rebombing gave great results. The XIV duru global was also find at rebomb, but this time I rebombed the tiny hof

Now I just got to play it wise and dont waste all the profit too fast No CND runs till I'll have 10k ped on me I also wont go for bigger amps. My motto is - stick to what works, so I'll just mine the same way I used to do that and wait for next nice hof. Hopefully this time it'll be a tower
