3.99% hunting and mining tax!

2 Estophyl DNA's now have maximum numbers and 4/10 maturity!

There is a clear and dense Estophyl spawn!

Looking for feedback on the maturity setting so if you like hunting Esto tell me what you're looking for!

Best Estophyl loots after VU 10:
Genesis Niflheim
Jaguar Thigh Guards UL M & F
Jaguar Shin Guards UL M & F
Riker UL3

Miners can find:
Ore: Niksarium, Belkar, Frigulite, Azzurite, Caldorite, Cumbriz
Enmat: Crude Oil, Angelic Grit

Considering the distance from TP's I'm planning to set up a shopkeeper with ammo and bombs once I manage to find the previous owner and buy the LA shed.

Looks like duplication of AOL #28 (which does have a TP), you might want to differentiate by increasing the maturity (or having lower tax than 4.7%)

On the other hand, dense Estophyl of any maturity are not friendly for miners.

Taxes are lower, 3.99% both hunting and mining!

Didn't see he has the same maturity :ahh:, he had higher in the past.

As I said, maturity under consideration so might play around with it.
 
Bump the Maturity up and you get a visit ... !!

1 thing that's wrong is the DNA settings
Put 2 esto DNA, very high density, medium maturity, rest very low
 
Good to see this LA making you peds Tzepu, I saw the day you got this deed :)

I'm also interested in the mobs they drop the gun I like :), I'm sure I could pay a visit & see how it goes.
 
I think there would be a high demand for high maturity ones as some might believe that they are more likely to loot one of the UL items then...
Not sure if that is true ofc... just the usual feeling. :tongue2:
 
I've just visited your LA and reconsidered my opinion...
Leave it as is... or maybe increase to 4/10!

ATM the website have these settings for OLAs:
Maturity/Density vs Fertilizer terminal
Code: 
very low    0-2   young-mature
low         3-4   old-provider
average     5-6    guardian-dominant
high        7-8    alpha-old alpha
very high   9-10   prowler-stalker

for free areas maturity rest the same, density is estimated in this way
Code: 
very low     you have to search them 2-5 on radar
low          quite huntable but you can go throught without kill anything (all mob are estimated with a aggro range like atrox)
average      you have to kill some or many of them to go throught
high         radar partially red, good place to hunt that mob without walk around
very high    radar filled up by red dots

So I considered the 2 estophyl DNA low maturity since you posted that are 3/10

Looks like 3/10 works better than youngs, I'll see how the activity is next days, might makes it 4/10 later so all youngs dissapear.

Been looking at the oils they drop and up to old it's adrenal and muscle, provider and up also drop pancreas so better overall markup.

In the items category so far didn't get any jaguar but it's out there for sure, got esi's, bear gloves and if you want a kitchen table it's the perfect place to get one :laugh:
 
Got jag thigh last night. (F,L) unfortunately.
Also a pair of bear gloves (F,L)...

Oh, and kitchen table, unfortunately I don't have a kitchen! :D
 
After today's hunt I can add Jaguar thighs (L) and EP-17 to the looted items list.

Was happy to see several hunters around today, hope loot was good for you too!
 
So let me know if you're happy with the 3/10 maturity setting!

Its very hard to please everyone, and i dont hunt there often:ahh:, but i would love to see stalker & prowlers around for when i get that urge to hunt them, anyway...gl with the land

maybe maybe in a while, but for now looks like this maturity setting is working well

i hunted couple hours 3 days ago orso,
id prefer higher maturitys myself,there was 1 dominant,that gave me some liver..and since liver/pancreas have better mu then the other oils...i say up the maturity :)

its not worth seriuous grinding now

I was thinking about that, guess it's worth a try.

Maturity raised to 4/10, more guardians, more dominants !!!

The oils dropped most are liver, pancreas, muscle, all with really nice markup lately !!!
