Like the title says im looking to get into the Land Area space and prefer Caly but, open to options

Shops are successful just accomplished what i wanted with shops by becoming very profitable now want to tackle a Land Area even with how much im warned/told not to buy especially since my shops are successful. But, I feel i can do the same with a LA. prefer a LA without DNA or if it has DNA - not valuable DNA due to starting with mining then hunting at a later time but, open to idea given enough info! send me a PM lets make a deal!
