This is just a question out of curiousity. What is the normal price for land areas according to size?

depends on location size and DNA

starts with around 100k-120k sometimes cheaper

from last 12 sales i was carefully investigating cheapest LA was one sold during CP auction and it was 130 K. Week later few more LA changed ownership and prices vary from 140-190K peds

Just remember... all deeds have a zero tt value

Be careful if you do buy something that you are getting a real LA and not just an overpriced garage on the LA.

I got offered some deals for LAs and some were offered publically - anyways ppl ask 140-200k PED for one as Shoti said. I will not disclose amounts I got offered in PMs.

I calculated one specific case* would be worth 60k PED and everyone was like LOL, and asking price was 190k PED. Which was a standing point not even close enough to try some negotiations

Anyways - noone can answer what does price of LA consist of mate, its basically very very mystic and everyone owning a LA wants it to stay that way
