Location not stated in 'My Items'

Probably off topic but also about missing item. I from time to time lose items from my inventory. Does someone else encounter this ? Also when you look at your items from the entropia universe website, some other items have no location and are impossible to find in world, like this one for example.

send a support case asking for support to relocate the items to storage. it's been a long time since i last had to ask for it, but they did so in the past (used to get probes stuck in buildings back in 2004-2005)
