Help: Looking for as low eff as possible.

Does anyone know any UL guns with very low eff for players with skills lvl30 and under? Im aware there are a lot of lvl100 guns with low eff but only looking for Ul guns lvl30 and under. I am not asking for a lecture on eff im aware of what low eff does to my loot, please just let me know if there are any. Thanks for reading, good luck with your ventures.

Not lecturing on Eff, however lecturing on Entropiawiki where you could easily obtain that info yourself by just listing all weapons according to their Eff.

I have a bunch of blp guns that are like 10-20% efficiency, rifles, pistols. I think there are some fisting(giggidy) weapons as well. The ones I have are mid tier like 4-7. If you are interested in seeing what I have send me a pm, and you can try them out, maybe rent them, i promise wont cost a lot on my end.
