I am looking to purchase an 'undeveloped' OLA (no TP, global naming, etc).

Let me know what you find out, I have been looking for an OLA myself, however all I can find are improved ones for sale at this time. The Improved ones I had up too 250k PED to spend but could not reach an agreement on a final price with current owners. Obviously I did not want to wipe myself out and spend all the 250k when there is still DNA and other things such as terminals to add. Long story short I'd be interested on finding out who might be selling if you could pass the info onto me once you are done with your deal!
