In January my mom signed me up to a thing called something like "Overweight team" in my local hospital to help me loose weight. I weighed about.. 108 kg and I'm 172 cm tall. I have lots of muscles (I could take you down, easily ) though and people often guessed I weighed ~85 kg.
This photo is taken in June, when I was down to about 102-103 kg.

Today I felt like comparing myself then and now. This photo was taken today:

I now weigh 93 kg, so I lost 15 and I need 13 more to feel really satisfied but I, myself, see the difference. Do you?

The only thing I changed about my eating habits is that I don't eat dairy anymore, no milk, no cheese, nothing like that, and more light products. I don't exercise AT ALL (hell no!), I just walk instead of taking the bus and stuff like that. I got my muscles from swimming 4 times a week for five years but I quit swimming about 3 years ago.
How did you loose weight? Did you reach your goal?
