m2s have organised an event to play out on 3 of their land areas for hunters & miners. It will run from Saturday 18th July until Sunday 16th August.
Scoring Points
Every global below 300ped scores points equal to it's ped size. You need to add one or more globals together to get as close to 1000 points as you can without going over 1000.
Example: Player A gets the following globals: 500, 290, 290, 290, 145, 145
Player A cannot use the 500ped global as this is 300ped or more, so his score would be 290+290+145+145 = 870. He uses the two 145ped globals instead of the extra 290ped because it is better in a tie situation (see below).
Players can get as many globals as they wish either through mining or hunting or both, their score will then be made from the best combination and un-needed globals will be discarded.
Only globals from mining, thorifoids, itumatrox or thorio will score points.
Screenshots
All globals to be used in the competition must be posted to this thread with the global size, the time and the location clearly visible in chat. Globals must be posted within 24hrs. Globals gained on the last day (Sunday 16th August) must also be posted within 24hrs.
How to win
The aim of the competition is to score as close to 1000 points without going over 1000. Tiebreak rule: If more than 1 player has the same total at the end of the competition then the player who used the most globals to get his total will be the winner. If there is still a tie then the player with the highest global used to score will win, if both have the same highest global then we check their 2nd highest etc. If 1 or more winners have the exact same score after tie break rules then prizes will be shared equaly.
Teams
Teams are allowed but should have the same name throughout the competition and screenshots should be posted by the same player. The player posting the screenshots will win the prize, it is then up to him to share the prize between his team mates.

1st prize = 1000ped
2nd prize = 250ped
