MA needs to take the balls of the bull and make their own freakin game and game code. It's getting easier and easier. Stop farming out to some third party developer who doesn't even play and hardly understands the game. Just do it your self MA! Practice the AI coding and conceptualization with a support case bot like every other tech company in the world does. Here is some heads up headstart AGAIN. Don't be LAME puhlease!.

One of the problem areas could be responsibility for answers given by a third party, even if it is an openly available AI.

MA should not shy away, though, in my opinion, but embrace something along the lines of: please answer player input x in the style of y, where y is what MA chooses as an NPC style, mood etc.
