Question: Mind essence

Can someone please explain the different types of mind essence in relation to what it's used for

Different mind chips use different essense, example: First Gen Electric Attack Chip needs Synthetic Min Essence, TP chips need Mind Essence.

There are 3 kinds of Mind essence:
Normal ME is refined with sweat and force nexus, mostly used by TP chips
Light ME is refined with diluted sweat and force nexus, mostly used on AoE attack and heal chips
Synthetice ME is bought at the TT, mostly used in normal attack and heal chips

I was just unsure the best thing to do with 90 ped of force nexus as I am not a mindforce user would hate to tt it but I don't won't to give it away either. I have noticed that me has a better markup so I was thinking of refining it with the sweat I have before trying to put it on the market. I fairly new to this mindforce thing so any help is appreciated. Thank you
