This unlock has been a long time in coming. I have been playing for nearly 8 months and am yet to graduate. I didnt even realise I was close to Marksmanship until Chevrons told me about it in response to my Single Skills v Multiskilling Thread under the skills section. With his information and a little more research, I spent the last three days and about 200 ped trying to get my rifle skill from 1507 to 1550. Well I didnt need to get that high, it unlocked at Lvl 10 Laser Sniper at 1528 Rifle.
