Help: need help with getting EU started.

hey guys and girls, i recently had installed the updated(V.10) version on EU and i recieved the common problem "side-by-side config. is incorrect" message like many other players well i read the "Compiled help for issues or errors installing VU10.0 client" thread and did every step in the thread and yet i still recieve the same message; i've reinstalled EU twice and i know my rig meets the requirements to run EU ran the old V with no lag and my graph-card is good enough aswell. if anyone can please tell me why i am still recieving this message and how to fix it so i can log on id appreciate it

i have same problem. installed a game, and opened .exe and says clientloader wrongly configured, please reinstall.

as much as i really hate to say that didnt help:/ if anyone else has a solution please feel free to help

I downloaded and installed the Crysis demo. it puts all the files you need for entropia on there.... just like EU should have lol.
