Need Help

hi i need help real bad. I meet all the requirments but whenever i click launch for entropia universe a Direct X 0.9 thing pops up and whenever i click it to update it never finishes and i can never get into the game. Cant even get past login heelpp plz.

Maybe you got firewall installed and you added a rule to block directx at some point... Do you use firewall that is integrated in Windows or some other like norton or mcafee...?

I suggest you download the whole directx 9.0x from microsoft download section or from the link below and install it. Also make a defragmentation of your disks, if you didnt do it for some time.

i also had the same problem and had to download the full DX9c again from the windows website, but luckely that worked fine

it doesnt really matter. This is a problem within windows (programs or something) and not within the game or with MA.
