Blastoise has a rental service, you should be able to find it if you search on the forums here, He is a good guy and rented it to me a while back for a few people in my soc.

Also I think the skill requirements were lowered a VU or 2 ago, would be worth looking into before you chip too much in.

Skilling MF is fast and chipping bio really expensive

But as mentioned Meculus has a chip but you'll need around 12-14K in collateral to borrow the chip and pay a small fee per use I believe

Yes,

I used and unlocked ESL, but the recommended use level is higher.

yep level 25 for the pouch, level 14 for the UL Chip. Thanks to blastoise, I unlocked it! thanks to everyone for the help! you may close the thread.
