HoF: New BP, new luck

I recently bought a Reilly BP for 2K ped : https://www.planetcalypsoforum.com/forums/selling/170155-reilly-boots-blueprint.html

Since I didn't had much tailoring materials in storage I bought for 400 ped stuff in action and started my crafting run on condition.

I was hoping that this BP would earn itself back, but I didn't expect it to happen so soon.
Less than an hour after I bought the BP:
