Location is a piece of flat land so, you would need tables to put items on or just use the ground though i feel wouldnt do as well.
It located on Carnival Island where the new dailies keep getting added so, can be an opportunity to get free player traffic simply by ppl exploring all the dailies.
Next Island if you dont know has a lot of traffic via ubers, F2P players, and mid range players there a lil bit for everyone here! Certainly worth the price tag. TBH i got this shop with a trade so, i dont know much about how well it would perform but, honestly with enough advertising you will get customers and I remember Elric had his shop set up here and he seemed to do well.
