i gave up on my dream of being a doctor. my first few days i heard someone bragging about unlocking doctor somewhere around neas, and i thought wow a doctor in this game i wanna do that... well i just fap when i can now

i just use fap 5 for small healing outside of battle. works good for me actually and not very painful at all
