Price Check Omegaton apartment

Since MA still haven't managed to implement a sensible way of differentiating between estate deeds in auction histories, I'd like to get some opinions about the likely sale price of this apartment.

The address is Omegaton Epsilon Complex, 17b.

It has 120 item points and a max guest limit of 20, i.e. a standard B apartment, with no upgrades.

Any thoughts?

B is small. 1.5 k is high for G big. Watch estate auctions. Also https://entropiamarket.com/

Sb 750 bo 1600 should get a bid I suppose.

750 peds these days is the price of FOMA apartments.
Planetside small apartments go anywhere from 1k to 2k peds. 2k peds is rare price for them but I have seen resellers selling for these kinds of prices. 1.2k -1.3k peds is what they normally sell for on auction.

From what I’ve seen, non G apartments tend to ballpark around 1k. G’s are trickier, but 1.5-2k has been the ballpark I’ve seen on some at least.

For future reference, this sold on auction at 1200 PED buyout. Took a few days for someone to take it, so probably not hugely undersold at that price. Thanks again for everyone's help.
