Ive heard that buff dont stack. And this can be proven if you take buff pill, then try to stack it with a nano bot, then try to stack that with a chip buff.
Thats the reason why no one put's 2 of these sights on same gun. But id love to see a test done.
Because HP Chip will Stack onto Pet Buff for HP, and that will stack onto Cloak HP.
