One word movie game

Sorry guys, not those.

It might be a bit cryptic but it's solvable I think.

Edit: I'm going to have a snack, back in 20 minutes...clue is sort of in two parts, get the first part then hopefully it will be a clue to the movie.

It is tough this one and if someone gets the answer without any clues then you will have done bloody good! ;)

Would "District nine" be almost breaking the rules with "ninth" as the clue or?
 
When this one is solved please tell me if you think it was too difficult.

OK, a bit like a cryptic crossword clue.

1) think of an association with the clue, other than a direct link to a movie, ie. brainstorm around the clue for any associations that come to mind

2) having solved 1) then see if you can link that to a movie

Edit: if you solve 1) but get stuck on 2) then I'll allow you to post your answer for 1) in here in case anyone else can use it to get the movie title.

LoL, after the green tree, turn left, run 200m, then cross the water, and you're done !

If it was too easy it wouldn't be a challenge. ;)

OK I'm watching Inspector Montalbano on the telly now but I'll keep looking in in case anyone gets it or has a nervous breakdown trying.

you have to defeat the swordmaster before you can gather a crew for your ship, which is unfortunatly not released before Stan sees a reasonable crew ;)

Well done Cail...first stage just about completed but it's not that movie.

You need to refine this a little to get the association to get the movie.

Why thank you, but i'm headed to the bed right this minute so, i'll pass it onto who ever wants to continue, or back to Oracle, so this game may still go on ^^
