Out of thieves

When i try to by a thief it says there are no more thieves
Is there only a limited amount available/day, or how exactly does it work

Yes, only a limited amount available at a time, as for the theif it's pretty good, that way we wont have alot of members with bad reputation

They will be restocked at certain time intervals, how often is for me to know and you to find out.
