There are more than 2 types of Ninja Jackets!
Not only male & female, but also Hood, Hood + Stripes, Hood + X, High, High + Stripes, High + X... not sure of any others.
Add to that the multitude of skins the jackets can be crafted with and you end up without a standard price!
As a small example, when I was looking for my Ninja High + Stripes Jacket, the average price was about 300 ped, but the one I chose was made with Longu skin (only seen 1 other like it and that was opposite sex)... mine cost 650.
