Hold on, you can't assume the seller didn't set a buy out just to "trap" someone. I have had plenty of friends who sell things without buyout because they just don't know what its worth, don't care enough and will let the market decide.

You can't seriously go blaming sellers for this. There is no mandatory buy out.

But this is your day Friday the 13th lol i wasnt looking for cheap sympathies here. i was looking to get my money back and publishing the mistake on a EU related public forum was the correct step to take. Eevrything inbetween is just symantic of inconciquentiallities. If I want "SYMPATHY", I have real life friends for that and wont seek it from strangers in public. Well, Mindark, as well as MOST of us, don't really give a fuck about you or your ATH, especially since you revealed again your true shitty nature; stop dreaming people envy you, you have nothing someone could envy you for.
You're everything you describe there and especially a beggar. You shit yourself and expect the community to wash your lazy ass, every time; well, people learn and the amount of players that would have given you the peds back after such a mistake, got seriously reduced BY A LOT!
Next time you do such a thing, I hope there will be someone to remember you and this thread to point it out as an argument that you don't deserve 1pec back.

Wouldnt have mattered in the least. As the screenshot shows the seller clearly in the picture, and just about everyone in the game noticed the bid. If I undersood correctly. Both the game platform and its related forums are exclusivelly closed platforms and linked.

I did not quite directlly acused the guy of theft, he did so himself by ignoring my messages and messages from others and dissapearing. I did also ofc write, that if Mindark allows it to happen, they are complicit in theft, as I did contact them immediatelly, the moment it happened. Morover they have up to this moment ,not responded.

OFC I am not happy losing 20K, but I can live with my mistake, if I have to. Perhaps avoid this forum completelly from now on would be a good idea also.

I'd personally like to see auction have a maximum 1k ped max bid at a time, up to and then beyond the tt value.
If your desperate for something with a value of say 20k ped, you have to make 20 1k bids to reach that limit.

If you read through this thread, the know-it-alls have made it emphatically clear to me that Mindark doesnt care and That I shall never see my money back again. I now accept this fact. Mindark SCAM or the seller thief, like the OP wanted and because of that, these people got called jealous and envy on OP author's fame success and ATH (for which he payed 3 times more). And when the guy pissed on those who tried to help, some may have gotten a little mad at the whole situation
To avoid drawing the wrong conclusions, you should generally read the thread before posting, imo.
