Picked up merry mayhem mission, what to do now?

I just walked past some Christmas looking person in nymphtown and got a bunch of Christmas mayhem stuff, one is sellable for 1 ped, what do I do with this? It's not christmas anymore, despite of this I still got the stuff.

why are they even auto grab missions? i hate when MA sets missions to auto turn-in/grab weather you want to turn them in or not.
