Hello all - don't know if anyone remembers me, it's been a long time

So, did I miss anything? Have been browsing the forum and discovered we now have new planets (I left around same time Rocktropia launched)... got some questions for you guys if you are in the know...

What happened to Skam?

What happened to Marco?

Where did everyone go? (I cant seem to find any forum even close to as busy as EF used to be pre 711 sell-out)

Are TDO still nutters?

Is Kimmi still the most uber hairdresser?

Warrants still number one society?

Is it still stupidly expensive to play?

Have MA learnt any lessons, or are they still determinded to drive the company into the ground?



Think thats it.... I have mostly been playing SW:TOR (are we allowed to mention other games now?) would love to see if any old faces are still around... Pinky sadly is dead (deleted by MA) so can no longer pop in to say hi, but will check this thread a few times to see if anyone still about!

When SDS was unable to finish their purchase of Calypso, the team, including Marco and Skam found themselves unemployed.

Where did everyone go? (I cant seem to find any forum even close to as busy as EF used to be pre 711 sell-out)

The new planets required separate forums, thus splitting the community a bit. However, this forum, PCF (formerly EF) is the busiest.

Are TDO still nutters?

Of course.

Is Kimmi still the most uber hairdresser?

Maybe, but think he's busy pursuing other goals.

Warrants still number one society?

Not according to the soc terminal.

Is it still stupidly expensive to play?

Depends how you play. I've played lots, and depo'd less than ever before this past year.

Have MA learnt any lessons, or are they still determinded to drive the company into the ground?

What a shame about Marco & Skam - any news on what they are up to now? Did Skam come back to the game?


Been searching around for active people... so few left... Was hoping to see Arokh, DJ, all of TDO of course (even Stinky)!, Jimmy etc - seems even most of the old ubers sold out....


Maybe we should have a reunion!!! Call up all old players for an OJ opallo hunt like old times! lol

Yeah sorry I was imprecise, I'm sorry your account was deleted. Many people come back after a while, and change email accounts in the interim and so don't get the warning messages.

All I could suggest is you make a new account with as similar a name as possible to the old. The game has improved in a lot of ways, too many to list and there's only taming missing from the old VU 9.4 days now. I suspect that'll return this year.

Just as a FYI: I've been stuck out of the game until a few weeks ago, for about as long as you did, and my avatar was still fine, never even got the inactivity purge warning from MA. You might wanna log into https://account.entropiauniverse.com to check if your avatar really has been purged and deleted.

I'm still around, and certainly not sold out (doubt I'll ever chip out to be honest). I just don't really post much on the forums these days, and my in-game playing time has been severely cut down due to my job IRL.

What happened to Skam?

What happened to Marco?

MindArk split into FPC (First Planet Calypso) and MindArk. FPC looked after calypso and MindArk the platform.

Skam and Marco joined the FPC team. Then FPC was sold to SEE Digital Studios (SDS). SDS were not able to pay for the planet fully and left the MinbdArk platform completely.

Marco I think still works for SDS but they are no longer involved with EU.

Skam and many of the other calypso team members became unemployed.

MA have been tinkering around with the loot formula trying to make it easier to play. They seem to have made some progress and it seems to be easier now.

MA are preparing for a big marketing campaign and are making changes to game to make it easier for new players. Work on this seems to be ongoing ...
