Pm's not popping up when i get a new pm

Hello,

I've never had this problem before. but anytime I get a pm I will hear it, but I don't get a pm notification to click on to open the new pm.

can anyone help me with this?

I've tried to log out but still nothing.

• Private Message Action (Others)

Select "Show flashing indicator" for both.
