Guten Abend!
hiermit möchte ich das MA-Team bitte , meine Account Informationen zu ändern .
Da ich mir beim erstellen des Account nicht die Konsequenzen klar waren , habe ich aus Furcht vor Spam jeglicher Art einen falschen Namen angegeben . Es war mir nicht bewusst das ich eine so große Freunde an dem Spiel haben werde . Ich möchte das Deposit-System nutzen können , aber mit falschen Angeben könnte das Risiko steigen , dies nicht durchführen zu können .
Ich denke es liegt in MA's und meinem interesse diese problem zu beheben .
Weiterhin möchte ich verdeutlichen , dass ich keine betrügerichen Absichten hatte oder habe , diese Problem enstand schlicht durch Unwissen .

Ich hoffe auf die baldige lösung des Problems .

Hi! Leider können wir Ihnen hierbei nicht helfen. Wir ändern grundsätzlich keine Informationen, welche Sie nicht selbst aktualisieren können (wie Geburtsjahr und Namen). Es steht klar und deutlich im EULA, dass Sie dafür Rechnung tragen, dass Ihre Kontoinformationen korrekt sind. Wenn Ihre Angaben also nicht mit der Wahrheit übereinstimmen, können Sie mit keinem Support von MindArk rechnen falls Sie mit Ihrem Konto in Schwierigkeiten geraten sollten. Sie werden auch niemals Geld aus PE abheben können. Ihre einzige Möglichkeit wäre, ein neues Konto mit der korrekten Information zu beantragen und Ihre jetztigen Skills und PEDs an dieses Konto zu überführen. Bitte denken Sie aber daran, dass Sie auf Dauer nur ein aktives Konto haben können. Wenn Sie also mit dem Transfer fertig sind, müssen Sie uns mitteilen, welches Konto wir sperren sollen.

Ich danke für die sehr schnelle Antwort.
Ich kann ihren Standpunkt verstehen aber , bei den kürzlich zu massen aufgetrettenen Verstößen , nicht nachvollziehen . Es soll aber kein Grund für eine Ausnahme sein .

Ich möchte sie denoch fragen ; wie dieser PED , Skill , Transfer möglich wäre ?

Hi! Genau wie Sie vorgehen wollen, ist Ihre Sache. Sie müssen uns nur bescheid geben, wenn der Transfer abgeschlossen ist, damit wir dieses Konto sperren können.

Ich Danke für die sehr schnelle Antwort !
Jedoch lässt die Mail vermuten , dass einige Spieler einen "besonderen" Status beim MA-Supportteam erlangt haben .

Es gibt die Möglichkeit durch die nutzung von Generic Implantaten die Skills zu transferieren . Bei der Verfügbarkeit von diesen ist dieser Vorgang jedoch sehr zeitaufwändig und kostspielig . Gibt es eine Option für einen Avatar - Transfer ?

Ich bitte Sie um Entschuldigun , jedoch möchte ich nachfragen , wieso die Account Namens änderung unmöglich ist ? Exemplarisch gibt es jederzeit die möglichkeit seinen Name bei einem beliebigen Kreditistitut zu ändern .
So würde , Beispielsweise , eine Namensänderung , wegen einer Heirat , bei einer Bank möglich jedoch würde der PE Account damit nicht mehr den Regeln der EULA entsprechen .
Ich will nochmals verdeutlichen das falsche Angaben nur aus Sicherheitsgründen hervorgingen .

Hi! Wir müssen Sie leider erneut auf die bereits gegebene Antwort hinweisen. Wir machen hier keine Ausnahmen. Der Vergleich mit einem Kreditinstitut ist nicht machbar, da Sie ja bei einem solchen Institut niemals ein Konto beantragen können, ohne den richtigen Namen anzugeben. Es geht ja in Ihrem Fall nicht um eine kleine Namensänderung in Folge einer Heirat. Dies wäre möglich, wenn Sie die entsprechende Unterlagen vorlegen würden (Kopie der Heiratsurkunde). Wir nehmen auch keine Transfers zwischen Avataren vor.

Guten Abend!
Ich danke ihnen für die endgültige Klarstellung.
Die wiederholte Fragestellung ging aus der Absicht hervor , mich davon zu überzeugen ( bitte um Verzeihung für das Persönliche nähertretten ) , dass sich die Meinung des ganzen MA-Teams als Resultierend auf das Problem bezieht . Ich habe ebenso Meinungen anderer PE-Spieler herangezogen , die meine Position vertraten und mich hinwiesen nochmals das Problem zu verdeutlichen .
Denoch bitte ich Sie den Account nicht zu schließen , aus bereits gennanten Gründen .
Ich möchte mich aber Vergewissern ob ich die Möglichkeit habe andere PE - Avatare mit meinen Transaktionen zu beauftragen ( natürlich übernehme ich die volle Verantwortung dafür ) . Sobald mir die EULA bekannt ist , wäre es kein Verstoß .

I have a little Problem .
When i started PE 1,5 years ago i didnt knew i would enjoy this game so much
and put in the wrong name because of security reasons . noone wants spam and i saw spam ariving even trough real mail !
So now i asked them wheather its possible to change the information . the answere arived realy quickly but they said they wount do it ( later in the mails you will see its possible but they wount do it ) .
they advised me insted to transfer the skills and peds on another account . first i thought they will transfer it technicaly that is not a problem , because its possible in other mmorpgs . then i read one more time and i saw they mean to transfer it trough Generics!!! ...
whatever i asked them how is it possible , because i wasnt sure if they will handle it or i will have to buy generics .
now they all just started to be pigheaded and answerde something like ; its your own thing how you want to proceed .
later in some mails they said they wount make an exception !!!

so what do you think about this problem ? am i right or am i a cmplete idiot?

and when will you gain the status to beeing "special" treated

no offence
but for example if you sell your fap50 accidently to tt because you thought its a fap5 they try to recover it ... i wount even talk about the other things that were taken as an exception

( if you understand german you can read the original text ... sorry but its to much to translater atim )

As MA stated make a new Avatar up and then tranfer the stuff from one avatar to the other. As I can read in your post to MA you dont understand how to make that transfer and they are not going to tell you due to EULA concerns. Transfering items and money can be done with two computers, transfering it from one to other. If you dont have that availabillity you will have to trust someone in game to help you with that. Transfering the skills will have to be done with generic skill chips, it will cost you for the GS and you need to see if the skills you have are worth spending the money on GS's.

If you need any more help I would be glad to help in game. I'm usually in Twin Peaks area, or pm me and I will see if I can arange a time, I am in the USA.

but i know how to use them
and you know its a hell!
i have about 50k skills ( ok still noob but something ) now to get this on generics will be ... well difficult .

i will ask again ...
would you in the position of MA understand this and allow me to change my name or transfer the avater to another account ?

and my second question was :

why does some players have some kind of special status ?
i heard of player , whome got there accidently tt sold stuff back and others dont ...

there is nothing we can do about my account its against EULA ...
i dont want to mention the cases of others i think its good everthing worked fine for them ...
but why does the support team desides to handle a problem of some that broke the EULA but the others or other similar cases wount be handeld ...

I do understand your problem, but it's all your fault realy.. this isn't any ramdom newsgroup or some other subscription service, it's a game with real money using real creditcard information and all the stuff meaning your real name and coordinates are required, more than that it's clearly illegal to register under a false name but nothing will happend untill you start RL transfers.

You were asking what others would do if they were MA.. well if i was MA or a bank or casino for that matter i wouldn't allow anybody to change all their acc infos because you can tell me whatever you think of realy and i have no way of proving if that's the truth or not.

The thing about support returning accidentally TTed items back to players isn't a common thing, the items in question were very high end, MMs, Modfaps and the like which are worth thousands of dollars (the lowest valued item returned this was was a MD-50 or similar half a year or so back, barely comparable to the rest but still) and a loss of something that valuable can produce all sorts of consequences for MA. I don't think they will bother returning some common or uncommon item, only super rares and you'll have to do your very best to convince them.
