Profile Pic

I can't upload a profile pic, or any pic for that matter to the EF, it says it's uploaded, it shows an outline, but the pic is always grey. Any help or suggestions are welcome here.

Check size requirements and make sure it's .jpg or whatever EF requires. I'm guessing it's size problem. It's also easier if you have square shaped picture rarher than anything else.

This did not work, the pic I'm trying to upload is 322 wide by 490 high in pixels.

Told you it's size....
Click "User PC" on the top of the screen, then go to "edit avatar" and... that's what it sais there:

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 25.0 KB (whichever is smaller).
