Question about Evader breakpoints

After reading the information at entropedia, I know that:

- for low level monsters, evader starts helping immediately, and then you get less gains for more levels.

- for high level monsters, evader doesn't help until level 30.

- for all monsters, additional evader past 55 doesn't help at all.

My questions:
1. For the low level monsters, is there a point that evader is maxxed?

2. Are there other monsters between the low and high level monsters?

3. Does Dodge work the same way?

Evader level 30.5 is when I noticed that mobs like Hogglo started missing their hits.

Not true. Where did you get that idea? There are some mobs where 55 is not enough.

I have noticed difference 2 times so far.
The first When I had 4000 points in Evander.
The second When I came to lvl 65 Evander.
So we will see what will hapend when i getting lvl 80 Evander.

You get less gains cause you get hit less. A solution to this is get mobbed often .

- for high level monsters, evader doesn't help until level 30. True for some not true for others.

- for all monsters, additional evader past 55 doesn't help at all. Where did you find this out from?

My questions:

I would have to say that for low lvl monsters Lv15-16 Evader works well.

2. Are there other monsters between the low and high level monsters?
Of course. All you have to do is find out which mobs hit you for 50% of the time with your evader, that should be the middle ground vs something that always hits.

3. Does Dodge work the same way? In short, yes.
