SO is this REAL money or just a big scam? like if i sweat my a** off for like 3 weeks and say make like 50 PED thats $5USD i can get transferred to my bank account no catches?

Yes, pretty much...although there is a small withdrawal tax, but nothing too big.

The game was launched commercially at the start of 2003 and there was no frauds/scams so far so you are safe from the FPC/MA side.
