I thought this guy took off with a bunch of cash, and then somebody apparently had his personal info and called him, which made him decide to come back and tell people he was going to update.... If this happened in the past, why can't that person call him again? Perhaps I am simply misinformed....

yeah thats true, Warz found out his personal information, andy5579 called him.
Later on in a chat me and andy5579 confirmed his address and telephone numbers, the chat is on the forum however personal information has been hidden.
I would be all for contacting him however 100ped investment for me isn't really worth me calling up as the call will probably cost more than my investment lol.

No - the banned account was idiot's attempt at being funny.
But, rather turned into a ban on EF.
I'm glad . . . he was a dickbag and was here for nothing other than to cause trouble, because his RL epically fails.

Kinda busy with haematology block :p 500 peds for me is a lot...but not worth all this trouble-Im only doing this for the people who have invested a lot more than me...It would be nice for them to get their money, some have a lot in this :(

if someone is willing to go after richard till he pays all the better but i guess we all knew the risk of a fund like this and paid the price

Who are with me as to lock his account from MindArk forever? Together with everyone involved we can certainly do this.
And perhaps MindArk can give us some of his belonings to us investors, but even if not i would rather see his account and belonings to have them confiscated.
What do everone involved in this thik of this?

im not sure - he seemed to be keeping in contact via email to some, i know i had a few off him as to his plans to recoup money etc just nothing at all recently and itjust seems to be dragging and dragging

Would he have much in his account? :)

Please keep the discussion civil. I appreciate that what has happened here isn't pleasant, but threats and suggestions of RL violence aren't tolerated on this forum under any circumstances. First offence is a 1 week ban, any repeat is a permanent ban.
 
Just to step in, please don't forget that from country to country laws are different and that this fact also counts for statutes of limitations what in Canada is very different than in most other countries.

By contrast, Canada has a criminal-limitations period only for summary (less serious) offenses. The period is six months from the date of the offense which includes thefts under $5000. Thus, for instance, a Canadian can be charged only with an "indecent act" within six months of the time of offense, unless both the Crown and the defense agree.

I hope you all learned your lesson. Dont trust anyone except if u have known them a long time...
I for one am glad that I wasnt a victim in this. I would never trust someone that I dont know for a long time with my money... doesnt matter how much "trustworthy" he/she seem.
 
problem is he is/was a trustworthy person :(, with over 2000 posts to his name and a very high rep (before anyway) why should we not trust him lol, it just all went so wrong sadly but give him his dew he is trying to fix it.

Well, out of the first 10 posts NOT made by RR in this thread, at least 3 of them was scam warnings. Some more direct than others.

- Too good to be true? Fishy.
- It's a trade business secret how you make you money? Hmm... Even fishier.
- Why share your sure profit with others? Just invest 100k yourself, and get all the profits yourself? Hmm.. Smelly too.
