unfortunately it is not... at least not by the system. If you want to use an estate, you need to have te estate deed in your inventory or storage.
You can only trade in Entropia, so if you trade the estate deed, it is gone. This means if you want to rent out an estate, people usually ask for colleteral at the same amount of PEDs a the value of the estate is.

i think its not possible to rent, cause to use for ex. an appartment u have to own the deed. but i think i heared about a guy whos renting out his shoppin booth if you give him collateral items or peds.

Not officially. You have to hand over the deed to the other person and then they can do what they like with it. If you do try this make sure you trust the other person completely, or be prepared to lose the estate.
