Help: Requesting a logo for an ongoing project

Hello everybody,

I am working on an ongoing project for PCF, and would appreciate some help from a graphics maker to make a logo. It should look "official", as it would be an Calypso based economic institution (called the ECB).

PS: experience in other games shows that many respondents will demand payment for their services. This is a volunteer job.
