My theory is that oil drops according to the decay (ammo + whatnot) of the riggers.

Did'nt u read the post of one who says he spent 40 peds ammo and got 10 peds in return (thats 25% return).

The drops is controlled by MA, my fren.

Unless you have some observations to back this up then it's merely a hypothesis, an idea, a possibility.

It doesn't gain theory status until these initial observations have been made and found to agree with the hypothesis. Otherwise the hypothesis needs to be revised (often more than once) to account for the observed data. Only after this point, when it can offer an explanation that covers all observed data, can it be called a theory

If the decay theory is right, then I really made out the other day when I TP'd in, grabbed 1100 oil and got out before the spiders nom'd on me.
